Rou Song Made in the USA with 100% pork, no pea flour added.  The product has no preservatives and no MSG.  You can eat it with congee or use it as a filling for bread or sushi.  The 5 oz are packaged in a glass container. The 12 oz now comes in an easy resealable bag.
