Shipping, Order Changes and Returns
- For safety concerns, we don’t do returns or exchanges on ALL our food products.
- Orders will be processed 24-48 hours from receipt, except orders placed on the weekend. Those orders will begin processing on Monday or following holiday. Orders take 3-6 days for transit, depending on USPS or UPS delivery schedule.
- If you purchased an item from our retail partners, please visit their return policy for further directions.
- Orders over $49 will receive free shipping except those orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Orders totaling $49 AFTER discounts will qualify for free shipping. Only 1 discount is allowed at a time per purchase order.
- Once you place the order, if you want to make any changes to the order such as changing the address or changing the products, it must be done within 12 hours of when you placed the order.
- If there are product concerns or damages when you receive our products, please take a photo of the concern/damage and email us immediately email@example.com for us to help you resolve it. Please retain the products in case we need you to send it back for further analysis.
